Many of these deposit safes have been tested to the EN 1143 burglar resistance standard and so provide certified protection. In a busy retail environment, constantly opening or closing a standard safe is impractical and ill-advised from a security standpoint. Nor is it advisable to keep large sums of cash in your tills. That’s why a secure deposit safe makes sense. Cash can be quickly deposited at regular intervals without the safe door being opened. Staff have no reason to keep safe keys or PIN codes on their person and so can’t be coerced into opening the safe. Not only is your business protected, so too are the people who work for you.
